Provider-Led Neuromodulator Injections · Vesta Aesthetics
Xeomin, Dysport, and Jeuveau, the same Botox-class FDA-approved neuromodulators, performed in person at our Saratoga Springs clinic by board-certified NP Ali Claunch. Natural-looking results, individualized dosing, no rotating injectors. Starting at $10.50 per unit.
Neuromodulators (commonly called Botox, after the most well-known brand) are FDA-approved injectables that temporarily relax the muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles, the lines that appear when you smile, frown, raise your brow, or squint. By softening that muscular activity, treated areas appear smoother and more rested without freezing your expressions or changing your face.
Vesta Aesthetics offers Xeomin, Dysport, and Jeuveau, performed in person at our Saratoga Springs clinic. Every treatment is delivered personally by Ali, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over five years in medical aesthetics and a decade of clinical experience overall. There are no rotating injectors. No nurses you have not met. The provider who consults with you is the provider who treats you.
"You should look like the best version of yourself, not a different person."
All three are FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A formulations in the same drug class as Botox, with subtle but meaningful differences in onset time, spread pattern, and protein composition. If you've been getting Botox and are considering a switch, or you're new to neuromodulators entirely, Ali helps you select the right product for your anatomy, your goals, and your treatment history.
Neuromodulators are precision tools. They work where dynamic muscle activity is creating lines or contributing to facial proportions you want to soften. Below is the typical landscape of areas Ali treats. During your in-person consultation, we map your specific anatomy and prioritize the areas that will give you the most natural, refreshed result.
Common areas treated at Vesta:
Book Your AppointmentThe difference between a natural-looking neuromodulator result and an obvious one is almost always dose and placement, not which product was used. Ali individualizes both based on your anatomy, your muscle strength, and your aesthetic goals. You will always know the unit count, the placement strategy, and the rationale before treatment begins. There are no surprise upcharges.
"Conservative the first time, adjust on the second visit. We build to your face, not against it."
Every face has different muscle strength patterns. Ali assesses asymmetries, dominant muscles, and treatment history before recommending a dose. The map for a strong-browed athlete is different from the map for a delicate-featured patient. Cookie-cutter unit counts produce cookie-cutter results.
For new patients or new areas, Ali defaults to a conservative starting dose. We follow up at the 2 to 3 week mark and add units precisely where needed. This approach prevents over-treatment, preserves natural movement, and makes the math add up to better long-term results.
Consistent treatment cycles with the same provider compound the result over time. Muscle memory adapts. Ali tracks your dosing history, your response timeline, and your aesthetic preferences across every visit. The plan gets better the longer you stay.
All neuromodulator treatments are performed in person at our Saratoga Springs clinic. One-on-one with Ali, every visit, no exceptions. Patients across Utah County, including Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Highland, Cedar Hills, Vineyard, Orem, Provo, Eagle Mountain, and Payson, regularly travel to Vesta because the difference between natural-looking and obvious is the provider behind the syringe.
If you have had neuromodulator treatments elsewhere and felt rushed, mismatched, or talked into things you didn't want, your consultation with Ali will feel different.
Neuromodulator injections (Xeomin, Dysport, Jeuveau) are performed in person at our Saratoga Springs, Utah clinic. Patients travel from across Utah County and southern Salt Lake County to be treated personally by Ali Claunch, NP-C. Wellness and prescription services are also available via private telehealth across Utah and Arizona.
Honest, clinically grounded answers to the questions Ali hears most often during in-person consultations.
Vesta Aesthetics neuromodulator pricing starts at $10.50 per unit, charged based on the actual unit count delivered. The total depends on the areas treated and your individual dosing needs. Ali walks through the unit math and total before any treatment begins, no surprise charges. Most patients treating one or two areas land in a predictable range that we discuss during your consultation.
Dysport typically shows initial effects within 2 to 3 days, with full results around day 7. Xeomin and Jeuveau take roughly 3 to 7 days for onset, with full effect by day 10 to 14. Final assessment happens at the 2 to 3 week mark, when we determine if any touch-up units are needed.
3 to 4 months on average for most patients. Strong muscle activity, high metabolism, frequent intense exercise, and stress can shorten the duration. Consistent treatment cycles with the same provider tend to extend the duration over time as the treated muscles adapt.
Not under Ali's care. Natural-looking, expressive results are the standard at Vesta, not the exception. Conservative starting doses, anatomy-based mapping, and follow-up adjustments produce results that look like a refreshed version of you, not a different person.
It depends on your treatment history, your timeline, and the area being treated. Patients new to neuromodulators or wanting fast results often start with Dysport. Patients seeking the cleanest formulation or with a long treatment history may prefer Xeomin or Jeuveau. Ali helps you decide during your consultation.
Yes. Some patients ask for treatments that would compromise expression, create asymmetry, or address concerns better solved with a different modality (such as filler, microchanneling, or skincare). Ali will tell you clearly when a neuromodulator isn't the right tool for what you're hoping to address.
Neuromodulators relax muscle activity to soften dynamic wrinkles, the lines that appear when you move your face. Fillers add volume to areas that have lost it, like the cheeks, lips, or under-eye hollows. They address different concerns and are often used together as part of a comprehensive plan.
All four are FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A products that work the same way: they temporarily relax muscle activity to soften dynamic wrinkles. The differences are in formulation. Botox contains the active toxin plus accessory proteins. Xeomin is "naked" toxin with no added proteins, which can mean lower risk of immune resistance for patients on long treatment cycles. Dysport has the fastest onset (results in 2 to 3 days) and slightly more diffusion, particularly effective for the forehead. Jeuveau is protein-free like Xeomin with rapid onset like Dysport, formulated specifically for aesthetic indications. None of them is universally better, the right choice depends on your anatomy, your treatment history, and how your face responds. Ali maps the right one to you during consultation.
Yes. All four contain the same active ingredient (botulinum toxin type A) and produce the same outcome, smoother forehead lines, softer crow's feet, relaxed glabella, lifted brow, slimmed jawline. Patients who switch from Botox to Xeomin, Dysport, or Jeuveau typically cannot tell a difference in the result, just sometimes in onset speed (Dysport is fastest) or longevity (Xeomin's pure formulation tends to perform consistently across cycles). At Vesta, the goal is the same regardless of which product is used: natural-looking, expressive results that look like a refreshed version of you.
Yes, and many of our patients do. The switch is straightforward: Ali maps your previous Botox treatment areas, reviews how you responded (units used, duration, any asymmetries), and selects the appropriate Xeomin, Dysport, or Jeuveau dose to match. Some patients actually prefer the alternative once they try it, particularly Xeomin's cleaner formulation for long-term cycles or Dysport's faster onset for special-occasion timing. There is no "withdrawal" or break needed between Botox and a switch product, you can transition at your next regularly scheduled treatment.
Vesta does not carry the Botox brand specifically. We offer Xeomin, Dysport, and Jeuveau, three FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A neuromodulators in the same drug class as Botox. They produce the same wrinkle-relaxing results in the forehead, glabella (the 11s), crow's feet, masseter, lip flip, and other treatment areas, with subtle differences in onset time, spread pattern, and protein composition that can actually make them better choices than Botox for some patients. If you've been getting Botox elsewhere and are considering switching, your consultation will cover what to expect from each option and which one fits your goals best.
